Two identical pieces of timber, cut at 45°in the centre of a single long 6" x 6", rest together unfastened, held in place by a single eye-spliced rope attached to two eyebolts. The ends of the timbers are painted with industrial yellow enamel. A kinesthetic tension is felt by the percipient.
